Work Experience of Micro Finance
4.2 It is desirable that the position incumbent should have experience of the micro finance sector. AL-IKHWANs means that lateral entry at such jobs would be allowed if the prospective employee has experience of other micro and enterprise development finance operations in Pakistan or abroad.

4.3 The nature of some jobs is such that experience in related field or discipline is sufficient for effective performance for incumbents being inducted into the positions. Education and work experience are the two main factors, which have to be built into the person specifications. There are however, some other requirements, which are helpful in defining the characteristics of a suitable person for specific positions. For example, a Manager in the Human Resource Department needs more interpersonal skills than a person in the Finance Department.
