I state that one of the Terms and Conditions stipulated in the said offer letter is that I should submit the necessary relieving letter from my previous employer, if any.

I state that I have informed XYZ Ltd. that prior to my joining XYZ Ltd., I was not in employment, therefore, I am unable to submit any relieving letter since I have no history of previous employment.

I state that XYZ Ltd. has allowed me to join the services solely based on the above confirmations and I am aware that should XYZ Ltd. come to know subsequently that I was employed elsewhere and the statement made by me is false, incorrect and misleading, XYZ Ltd. shall be liable to take such action as deemed fit including terminating my services in XYZ Ltd. without assigning any reason whatsoever.
