Management has planned to set off new policy regarding refunding the “Cash Penalty” of Bus Drivers in case of only one accident in a year by evaluating their performance. Refunding procedure will be as follow:-
Whenever any Bus Driver makes accident due to his careless driving and awards a cash penalty after independent and impartial inquiry, Human Resources department imposes “Cash Penalty” for the same. After accident drivers suffer mental stress and later on deduction of Cash Penalty from their salary makes them dis-heart.
To boost up their morale and facilitate them, management will refund their Cash Penalty in following three steps so that they can pay full attention towards driving and perform their duties devotedly.

Refundable “Cash Penalty” will be considered from Rs. 1,000/- and above.

This Policy will applicable w.e.f January 2010 and only those drivers will fall in this policy whose service is minimum 1 year or above till 01-01-2010.
If a driver makes another accident in any of three months steps, then his Cash Penalty refunding status of previous accident will be terminated and he will no more eligible to be entertained through this policy for the current year.

However Workshop Staff will responsible to send Driver’s Evaluation after completion of every three months steps or in case of any accident occurred while refunding duration.
It is expected that by adopting above said policy the ratio of accidents will decrease and driver will remain attentive and careful while driving.
