    Company always tried to provide better and better facilities to its employees in order to boost up their morale so that they could work with zeal & zest and take every step for the betterment and prosperity of the Company.

    Company is introducing Religious Welfare Policy for its employees in the shape of UMRAH who have great merits in Islam and desire / wish of a Muslim to worship at Holy places of Makkah and Madina.

    However in lieu of UMRAH, Non-Muslim Religious Policy will be introduced as Non-Muslims cannot be entertained through UMRAH according to religious belief.

    Details of Employees Welfare Policies are as under:-

    1- UMRAH Policy for Muslim Employees
    2- Non-Muslim Welfare Policy (In lieu of UMRAH Policy)

    1. UMRAH POLICY FOR MUSLIM EMPLOYEES

    This Policy will be effective from 1st July, 2009 and it may be subject to any change made from time to time in this regard. This will be applicable to all permanent employees of the company.

    A. Allocation of Quota:

    Seven employees will be selected once in a year through lucky draw i.e

    Staff = 1
    Workers = 6

    B. Eligibility:

    The following are eligible to apply:-

    1. All Muslim male and female permanent employees whose service is more than two years are entitled to avail this opportunity.
    2. Company will arrange all formalities during performing UMRAH but only to meet the expenses of Company employees and if any family members accompany him / her it will manage at their own expenses. However Company will responsible and facilitate its employees only.
    3. Employees can avail this facility only twice during their service.
    4. Selected employees cannot recommend to anyone on his / her replacement.

    C. Procedure:

    i. A notice will be circulated for those employees who do not want to avail the chance on any term due to some reason or the others.
    ii. Selection will be made through lucky draws excluding those employees who have shown their inability as per para (i).
    iii. Lucky Draw Procedure

    a) A complete list of Muslim employees will be prepared by Human Resources department and it will be scrutinized by the committee (Head of the departments of HR, and oerations)
    b) Ballot paper for individual employee, according to the list, will be prepared and signed by the committee and put into the sealed ballot box.
    c) On a fixed date, 7 ballots will be picked up in the presence of employees and names of the fortunate employees will be announced at the spot.
    d) Lucky draw will be made again if selected employee is not willing to avail the opportunity.

    iv. The prescribed UMRAH form will be provided by the Company.
    v. Passport will be obtained from the selected employees and its expenses etc will be borne by the employees.
    vi. All necessary documents / certificates as per Government policy like vaccination; medical certificate etc will be arranged by the employees.
    vii. Company will facilitate the employees in a group through UMRAH package of two weeks which includes air traveling, food, and accommodation, local traveling thus Company will not pay any cash amount.
    viii. Company will pay the cash amount equivalent to UMRAH package to female employee only if she cannot arrange her Mahram (father, brother, husband).
    ix. Duration of the stay of the employees will be in accordance with the schedule announced by the Company and this period will be treated as on duty.
    2. NON-MUSLIM WELFARE POLICY

    As Non-Muslim employees are also an asset for the Company so it is decided to introduce Non-Muslim Welfare Policy in lieu of UMRAH which may be subject to any change if made from time to time in this regard.

    A. Package:

    i. According to this policy an amount of Rs. 1000/- $ will be given to each of the two Non-Muslim employees whose name will be selected through Lucky draw.
    ii. 15 days leave with pay will accord to the Non-Muslim employees subject to Lucky draw and employee can avail those leaves within the period of two months. However they can avail above said leaves with their Religious Holidays upon their own desire.
    iii. If any employee does not avail leave opportunity, he will not be given any incentive / encashment against leaves.

    B. Eligibility:

    1. All Non-Muslims male and female employees whose service is more than two years are entitled to avail this opportunity.
    2. Employees can avail this facility only twice during their service.
