    Women’s Welfare Policy

    Company always tried to provide better and better facilities to its employees in order to boost up their morale so that they could work with zeal & zest and take every step for the betterment and prosperity of the Company.

    Therefore Company is introducing “Women’s Welfare Policy” to facilitate female staff as they are also an asset for the Company and standing aside with male staff.

    Details of Women’s Welfare Policy are as under;

    This policy will be effective from July 1, 2011 which may be subject to any change made from time to time in this regard.

    Eligibility:

     This policy will applicable to all female HQ Staff (including, Junior Officers, and Executives etc) whose service must be 1 year or above till July 1, 2011.
     Employees can be facilitated through this policy only once in their service.
    Selection through “Lucky Draw”:
    Three female employees will be selected through “Lucky Draw” in every year with following ratio,
    Staff (Executive) : 1
    Factory workers : 2

    Selection Criteria:

    i. Human Resources Department will prepare a complete list of all female employees which will be scrutinized by the committee (heads of HR & Finance departments).

    ii. Committee will individually sign all ballot papers of female employees and it will be dropped into a sealed ballot box.
    iii. In the presence of staff, 6 employees will be selected through “Lucky Draw” and the names of “Lucky Persons” will be announced at the spot.
    Package:
    a. Company will give Cash Prize of Rs. 150,000/- to each of three selected employees with 20 days leave at the occasion of Eid ul Ad’haa,Eid ul Fitar.
    b. In case of Non-Muslim employee, selected employee will be given 20 days leave at the occasion of Christmas.

    c. If an employee will not want to avail leaves then no incentive or leave encashment will be given in this regard.
