RED BANK, NJ – January 17, 2012 – As part of National Mentoring Month LifeMoxie Mentoring will launch the first ever Mentoring Council on Thursday, January 18. The Mentoring Council is an online community for mentoring program leaders to learn from each other best practices for using mentoring to drive key business strategies, and other talent development and diversity & inclusion initiatives. 

“The Mentoring Council has been a dream of mine for many years.  I am ecstatic that we are in a position to offer such a valuable networking opportunity not only to our best clients, but to others who are interested in learning how mentoring can impact their organizational goals,” noted Ann Tardy, President of LifeMoxie Mentoring.

Cindy Dumbell, Director of Client Engagement at LifeMoxie, will be in charge of rolling out The Mentoring Council in January 2012 and driving participation.  “The Mentoring Council will be a place for Mentoring Leaders to Mentor each other on how to use Mentoring as a strategic advantage in their own organizations.  We’re bringing them together to accelerate their own learning.”
