Over the last few weeks, I have seen numerous articles and posting regarding employee retention. First, we have to realize how often we as managers do not thank our employees for a job well done.
I have written several posting how important it is to thank your employees for doing a good job. We have to remember how it made us feel when our manager thanked us for a job well done.
So the next time you walk around the office do not forget to say thank you. These two words make a huge difference.
