LinkedIn Blocks Social Networking Apps. LinkedIn, the world’s
largest professional social network, announced it has shut down
application programming interface (API) access to several professional
networking tools including Monster’s new BeKnown app as well as
BranchOut. LinkedIn believes the Facebook apps were violating their
API guidelines and terms of service by using LinkedIn to promote
their product and by charging customers for content sourced from
LinkedIn.

I'm not sure I agree with this move but woudl love to hear other peoples comments.
