    In my opinion – simply, what is the performance? /Few clear facts



    Introduction

    Actually, performance is the core of HR Career activities and researcher interests as all of you know. But, I think each on of us has a different scientific critical or non-critical views, meaning reflections, references and approaches for something called performance and another one, called in other hand carefully by professional performance. So, I gave the following as a few clear facts as I see after critical meditation practice, as well as assist to track a business process reengineering (BPR) for HR performance.

    What is the definition of performance?
    Physical or non- physical random activity included the actions and reactions to achieve targets.

    What is the definition of professional performance (PP)?
    Physical or non- physical activity, has the enough scientific documented acknowledgement to avoid random, contained a complete range of processes (Planning Activities) and operations (Execution Activities), focused on talent (inborn or inherited abilities) mainly, supported by enough skills (acquired abilities) as needed, tracked on the way of methodological practices in all management levels to achieve the planned targets as assigned timely for both of quality and quantity sides.

    What are the definitions of related scientific Expressions to the Professional Performance?
    Processes:
    It is the first stage of PP, scientifically refers to the panning activity, contained all methodological steps as data construction and information collecting, analysis, measuring, evaluation, to create the requested strategy or execution plan focused on talent mainly, supported by enough skills.

    Operations:
    It is the second stage of PP, scientifically refers to the execution activity, contained all managerial procedures (which called by administration function in the past) as communicating, monitoring, reporting, coordinating, organizing, following up, cooperating, orientation and so on.

    Talent
    It is the inborn ability throughout inherence, gave to all human with different quantity and qualitative rates to assist in skills acquisition, associated with environmental possibilities.

    Skill
    It is the acquired ability throughout the ongoing progress range for both of quantity and qualitative interaction between talent and environmental factors included possibilities and disabilities which create or destroy the planned and targeted acquisition.

    What are the levels of professional performance (PP)?
    PP as I see, contained (3) levels of practices, constructed according to the acknowledged (3) levels of Management structures. Each one of performance levels is acting as a quantity measuring only without qualitative measuring unit, included its independent steps and procedures.
