I was wondering if anyone had input/recommendations regarding a project we have, to conduct a client satisfaction survey with all our managers. We want to get formal, documented feedback from our managers for permanent as well as temporary positions that we recruit for. Basically, we are looking for anything from time taken to fill a role, relationship with recruiter as well as anything else that may be of value to us for improvements to our recruitment processes.
I wanted to know if you currently know of or have used anything like a hiring manager client satisfaction survey before; and if so, what questions you posed?
Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated!!
