    1. Your website is your most powerful online recruiting tool. Post jobs on your company’s website through a prominent link on the home page and with clear instructions on how to apply for posted jobs.

    2. Make sure that the recruiting portion of your site emphasizes your company’s culture and why potential candidates would want to work with the company.

    3. Make the most of social media sites. Active and passive job searchers hang out there. On Facebook, job postings from your site can be automatically populated through an app. In addition, social networking sites exist that are categorized by industries, interests, skill sets, and more. So identify the networking sites that are relevant to your industry.

    4. Most newspapers have an online component. Purchase classified ads to post jobs online. CareerBuilder.com is the leader in online job postings.

    5. Consider posting to college job boards that cater to the alumni to attract qualified candidates who have the degrees and skills that you need.
