In a recent publication by the University of Technology-Sydney,
Paula Drayton provided some much needed structure on what it
means for a person to live in a sustainable way. Use these eight
elements for personal reflection.

of your relationships and your perceived quality of life.
* Engagement: the level of involvement you have with your life
directionand its alignment with how you pursue your goals and dreams.
* Ecology: the relatioship between you and your physical and social
environments.
* Presence: your ability to be 'in the now' and to make decisions
based on your sense of clarity, open-heartedness and open-mindedness.
* Intention: a course of action you choose to follow and the aims
that guide you to such action.
* Connection: the relationships and associations that exist within
your personal identity, with others and with the world around you.
* Abundance: your level of prosperity in terms of supply of
life's necessities and wants available to you.
* Career: your chosen pursuit, the progression or course of
your working life.
