Office of Management and Budget (OMB) received from the OFCCP on October 25, 2010 a Notice of Proposed Rescission, Interpreting Nondiscrimination Requirements of Executive Order 11246 With Respect to Systemic Compensation Discrimination and Voluntary Guidelines for Self-Evaluation
Still pending review by the OMB is the OFCCP's Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination Obligations of Contractors and Subcontractors; Evaluation of Recruitment and Placement Results Under the VEVRAA of 1974, As Amended
