I'm rather new to my position. I took a promotion 3 months ago and wanted to change how things are done at my work place. There is a movement to "clear the fat". Every day I'm interviewing someone for their job. Even though they've done nothing wrong I need to find something or fenagel company policy so employees can be fired and the company can avoid a construtive termination suit. Managers are constantly asking me what they can get away with and how to fire people without suit. The directors have told me to get on board or be thrown overboard. I really wish I never took this promotion. Is this the way HR is ran? Or am I just working for a corupt company?
