Post 2000, world around us has completely changed and business sectors have started recognising innovative and creative minds which are not disconnected from the reality of the world around. I have started my journey in this dynamic world in 1993 and witnessed drastic and radical change in me as I have pursued my interest in this 'unexplored' domain of intangibles. Often I have wanted to share with everyone "something intriguing" that I came across very recently during my journey while researching my model AXELL.

I discovered the dominance of some 'unknowns' in our living space, not with my known mind but with the mind that gets naturally revealed when experience and knowledge stop influencing us. I have seen the tremendous impact of those 'unknowns' on the maturity of the corporate professionals to understand creative business world. I have started believing that the ‘spirit of expansion’ and the urge for unknowns is the presumed path to success in human form. After all, we are 'human beings'; 'human' as a form and 'beings' as formless.

I am on the move with AXELL*, a model that inspires everyone to understand the feelings of inherent possibilities in our journey towards excellence. My aim is to organize this workshop at large to build a critical mass of support for a living concept in order to establish it as a framework in the professional world. Corporate training and learning space in its current format is limited as it is linked with achievements and performance in a restricted arena. Instead, business world has to depend on the joyous flow that takes one through a journey into 'real him".

I served organizations in Central Government and Central Undertakings and the Corporate World for more than 25 years. I have also taught at IIT and other Universities. After that, my life stream has taken a turn towards academic and corporate learning space. However, I am still searching for what liberates professionals towards excellence. The search is ON to understand the real meaning of human potential that paves the way for innovation in business. I now believe that time has come to look into the ever-increasing demand of synchronization between human and being, the form and the formless. A human being can succeed in life only if he has his grip on the formless that contributes in shaping up the making process
