According to research conducted by Hewitt Associates, employers are working to continue to deliver competitive retirement benefits to their employees. Plan sponsors are focusing on financial, fiduciary and workforce perspectives. Hewitt focused on more than 160 employers to learn where their focus and action will be directed over the course of the next year.
The survey found that 40% of respondents are very likely to measure the competitiveness of their retirement program.
