Professor Jeff Jones and Dr.Daniel Johnson from the Queensland
University of Technology provide a number of practical suggestions
on how to secure lasting collaboration within a business. They argue
that for collabortion to be effective, the workforce must be involved
in learning new skills, making information more accessible and
adopting a way of standardising processes. This will determine the
speed at which financial benefits and knowledge can be transferred
and used beyond those individuals who create/posses them.
