Guidelines for remuneration to senior management
Following a proposal put forward by Pronova BioPharma ASA's (OSE: PRON.OL) board of directors, the annual general meeting(AGM) on 7 May 2010 authorised the board to implement a long term cash based incentive programme for senior management.
