    Start ups with a vision to grow fast need manpower with specific traits. Start Ups have a challenge to acquire domain specific experienced people since, first they may not be affordable, second they may not have facilities and tasks to engage and in turn retain them in the beginning.

    Some of the Top and Middle Level Talent Traits demand in Start Ups
    1. People with fire in the belly to showcase their talent and start and develop something from scratch with creative style having scope of freedom in designing and implementing the tasks.

    2. People with entrepreneurial skills who are independent decision takers in any situation, risk takers having true leadership qualities.

    3. People who have not got the chance to show their talent of conceptualization, designing and implementation and a platform where success is rewarded and failures are taken as a step forward for innovation are more successful in start ups.
