This week on news.com article, I saw a new article on a company called workscore.com.  Using social networking tools, similar to whatcheckster, skillssurvey, and rypple do,  Workscore enables you to take  your evaluations and performance reviews wherever you go. It also enables you to score or rate the company you work for. This is a play on the old Vault.com system, but uses scales and  free-form text. It's interesting and exciting, if we could build HR application from employee base up. With no formal funding announced, it looks like a pure start up with established management. Keep an eye on them.
