Mayoral candidate Tony Avella blasted the Bloomberg administration last Sunday at a rally to protest proposed zoning rules for the College Point Corporate Park and use of the area as a home for five displaced Willets Point businesses.In a pre-rally press release, the City Council member from Bayside also ruffled feathers on Community Board 7 by suggesting its members had discounted the needs of area residents while negotiating these issues with the city. more http://tinyurl.com/hrcom-relocation26
