    Innovative Healthcare Services

    With the on-going struggle against rising cost-coverage and diminishing coverage of healthcare benefits for retirees, it is becoming increasingly difficult for employees and retirees to keep sentient about the healthcare benefit options available to them.     On July 22, 2009, Allsup publicized its expansion to its Medicare services for workers with the new Allsup Medicare Advisor service. Allsup proudly proclaims that it is the nation’s “premier provider of Social Disability and Medicare-related services to employers, insurers and individuals.”

    Eric Gudmestad, the Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing, disclosed that the Allsup Medicare Advisor service provides solutions to employers who want to ensure healthcare coverage to their current and former employees, while on a tight budget. He continued to reveal that the service will not only accomplish this, but will afford peace of mind to the employees and retirees as they will be selecting healthcare coverage that best meets their needs.

    It is important to note here that the Allsup Medicare Advisor service is not a Medicare plan provider. The service is intended to “guide individuals in choosing the Medicare plan (from supplemental to Part D to Medicare Advantage plans) that best fits their personal circumstances.” In addition, the service also offers the involved employees thorough, unprejudiced direction and an unbiased breakdown of all their choices.

    What the interested employees and retirees receive is up-to-the-minute, individual assistance from experts, with an inclusive and user-friendly plan, with convenient Internet facets.

    Gudmestad goes on to state that by companies and organizations choosing the Allsup Medicare Advisor service, they will be augmenting the employees’ “confidence in their employer, and this in turn reinforces the company as an employer of choice.”
