Healthcare services company Kindred Healthcare Inc (NYSE:KND) has appointed Jeffrey B Reeves as senior VP of Human Resources for its Hospital Division, the company said on Tuesday. Reeves has most recently served as executive VP and chief human resources officer with Allianz of America Corporation. Memphis Area Teachers Credit Union exec claims retaliation

A vice president who was often a public face for the city's largest credit union has filed suit against the institution, claiming it retaliated against her for whistle-blowing. Judy W. Bell alleges the Memphis Area Teachers Credit Union punished her after she complained to state and federal authorities about fraud, waste and violations of regulations, according to her complaint filed last month in U.S. District Court.
