Have businesses milked the recession by eliminating positions too fast? Have some companies taken on the copycat syndrome? Several companies, who have indicated the need to eliminate positions, have re-opened those positions 4 to 6 weeks later at a lower salary. Companies understand the unemployed need to work, therefore they know someone will take the under paid job. Could this be the company chance to clean financial house? Remove the top paid staff, and maintain highly paid administrators/executives. I am seeing this practice take place in just about every company I visit. Do you see what I see? Do you want to be paid what you are worth?
