You now have the ability to post your blog in two or three places at once! If you post a blog on HR.com and you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can have your HR.com blog show up in these other accounts automatically so that your friends and contacts can access them. How? You'll need to set up your account first with a few simple clicks. The first thing you should do is open up another window and login to your Facebook account. On HR.com, go to our Blog Section which is located under the Home tab and click Blogs, then the Add tab. At the top of the blog editor page, click the My Page/Settings/External Accounts link and choose Facebook. You will be asked to allow for access and it may be 3 quick links to click if not logged in or less (if logged in). To set up your Twitter account, all you need to do is click the same My Page/Settings/External Accounts link, choose the Twitter tab and enter in your username and password that you use for Twitter and hit save.
Once you are done, you can come back to the Add Blog function on HR.com and add in your blog. At the bottom of the blog editor screen, you just need to checkmark the "Let Your Network Know" section and you can choose how you want all your posted messages to appear. Your blog will appear on your Facebook or Twitter account within 5 minutes.
