I have been trying to find out free HR Software's on the net for some time , had downloaded quite a few and tried to go through it, most of the ones which I downloaded as free Hr Software where not free, they either came as a demo version, or as one with many tags attached. There are two software's which caught my attention, one was empower, which was a free hr software and can be downloaded from www.empower-sme.com which is a open source and the other is Orange HRM, a free hr software again and a open source, which can be downloaded at www.orangehrm.com. These two products can be downloaded and customized to your requirements which is the most important factor,contorary to the fact that free Hr Softwares done exist, I have experience and I can tell that free Hr softwares do exist
