Though this is supposed to be in the questionnaires, I do not see that section in this website.
My question is:
How does the recruitment head of an organisation makes sure that the load factor on recruiters across the organisation is uniform:
- irrespective of skill requirements
- irrespective of Verticals, in which the recruiters are spread
- irrespective of Experience levels of recruiters
Does anyone follow a logical or mathematical model or it is just a manual allocation by recruitment leads heading the verticals.
An answer or a direction, which can lead to an aswer is welcome.
