Would information related to common practices and what is working when it comes to performance management processes assist you in your work?
Many of you will receive an e-mail outlining our recent performance management survey. The letter outlines the following:
In an effort to provide our membership with valuable information related to what is working when it comes to performance management, we are conducting a survey to take a look at common practices. As a thank you for completing the survey, you will receive a copy of the complete results, proving you with valuable information to help support your performance management decision making. Since you are a member of HR.com who has indicated an interest in the topic of performance management, we are contacting you to see if you could participate.
Survey responses will be collected over the next couple of weeks and a copy of the final report will be set to you via e-mail in August of this year. Completion of the survey is easy and consists of just over 40 questions. The questions are mostly multiple choice with a few written responses required. We have chosen this length of a survey to ensure that the information collected will address a variety of areas and give you a significant amount of quality information once complete. We will keep individual responses confidential. We will use your email address only to send you results. To participate in the survey, please click here crm.hr.com/survey/pmreport
I hope you are able to participate!
