The first thing we are going to look at is the problem facing Learning Management Systems (LMS) today. Why are so many organizations disappointed with the results of their LMS deployment? To help us answer that question we are going to take a look at what is unique about LMS: how are they different from other enterprise applications and what are some of the strategies that organizations can adopt to help address these unique challenges?
Finally, we are going to talk about how you can do things differently than other organizations, to help you drive greater value from your LMS. We will take a look at items such as specific areas of functionality that you can leverage to get more value out of your LMS. Then we are going to look at areas outside of the product itself, things such as business process design and how you govern your LMS, your organizational structures, and rules surrounding your LMS, as well as drilling into some effective deployment strategies to increase user adoption and acceptance.
Organizations struggle to get value out of their investment. We founded Knowledge Infusion to specifically help organizations make better decisions and drive greater value from their HCM investments. So we do things such as help organizations build strategy and plans around their HMC technologies, we help them build business cases, and help develop effective launch plans, all with the primary intent of making better decisions and getting greater value out of their investments.
