Effective talent management remains elusive for many organizations as they struggle with retaining employees, finding qualified job candidates and using talent management technology. Talent management challenges facing smaller organizations can differ from those of large and enterprise employers. This report focuses on smaller organizations with fewer than 999 employees. Learn why most employers of smaller organizations struggle to attract the right talent, why mentoring and succession planning programs are not widely adopted, and why relatively few have talent management systems.
