The Covid-19 pandemic has been a wake-up call in so many different ways. It taught us some valuable life lessons that we otherwise took for granted. Appreciating each moment has never been so significant before. Prioritizing our relationships became important. Health & wellness turned out to be our prime focus. Resilience became our mantra. However, will we follow these precious life lessons when we start moving back to whatever new normal awaits us? Let us hope so!

The June issue of Personal Excellence includes a handful of inspirational articles that can help you to create a better normal for yourselves.

On the cover, we have Colette Lafia’s article, 7 Ways To Live In Love, Every Day! that talks about the importance of connection with people, animals, and nature for our well-being. It is high time we realize and recognize how interconnected we all are with each other and with all of creation. “When we’re anchored in the source of love, we can find a way to move forward with greater happiness and hope,” she adds.

In this virtual world, where we’re on Zoom calls all day, people are exhausted. How can you infuse energy into your next meeting? Rachel Heydlauff’s article, 5 Simple Ways To Transfuse Energy Into Your Team answers the question.

Holding onto something, doesn’t allow you to be connected to the present moment and be grateful for what you have now. By letting go of past belongings that no longer serve you, including the beliefs, memories, expectations, identity, and stories, frees you to create new ones in the present moment and in your future. But, how to get started? Tonia Cordi’s article, How Letting Go Can Improve Your Mental Health And Time Management can help you deal with it.

If we remove the forces of pessimism, optimism will emerge as the natural order within our lives. And in order to remove pessimism, we must initially understand it, says Jim Stovall in his article, Cornerstones Of Pessimism. For more insights into the topic, check out Jim’s article.

In brief, if today we can learn our lessons and make some positive choices in life, it will make a meaningful difference tomorrow.

We hope you enjoy reading all the articles in this issue and get back to us with your valuable feedback/comments!

Cheers!
