Not-For-Profit Organizations Find Value in Time Off Programs
Not-for-profit organizations across the country continue to search for ways to reward employees, despite the shrinking pay increase budgets and pay freezes seen throughout the industry. The newly released 2010 Compensation Data Not-For-Profit survey results show that exempt employees with less than one year of service earn an average of 7.7 vacation days, while non-exempt employees earn 6.7 days.

Hospitality Pay Increase Budgets Continue to Decrease in 2010
The newly released 2010 Compensation Data Hospitality survey results show pay increase budgets have fallen to 1.9 percent, down from 2.2 percent in 2009. Budgets are expected to begin rising again next year, as hospitality organizations predict an uptick in 2011 to 2.6 percent.
