Obama’s Bill May Show Some Bills
President Obama’s Health Care Reform gains attention, once again, as the President puts back the spotlight on the bill. According to the Washington Post, President Obama is attempting to cut spending. The Washington Post went on to enlighten in their release that “the White House is directing agencies to develop plans for trimming at least 5 percent from their budgets by identifying programs that do little to advance their missions or President Obama's agenda.”

Healthcare Organizations Find Value in PTO Programs
Even as a very slow and modest upturn in the U.S. economy is becoming evident, healthcare organizations across the country continue to search for ways to reward employees, despite the shrinking pay increase budgets and pay freezes seen throughout the industry. The newly released 2010 Compensation Data Healthcare survey results show that full-time employees with less than one year of service earn an average 15.6 days of paid time off, while part-time employees earn 10.1 days.
