Managers Beware: Tips to Prevent Liability under the ADA
Bob's been out on FMLA for 12 weeks. 12 weeks his job has been kept open and now with one employee short for 12 weeks he calls and says he can’t come back to work yet. However, when it's wrong it can be a waste of the organization's focus and resources as well as a harmful distraction from other challenges that need to be addressed.
