Featured Human Resource Management Blog:

Times are a changing ...

The only thing constant in our world is change. The Internet has brought so many great things such as:

  • the ability to track down almost anyone you know with just their name,
  • the ability to search across multitudes of data,
  • the localization of the global economy (Did you know we have over 7,500 members from China and 8,700 from India at HR.com?),
  • the ability to work remotely and be as or more productive,
  • iTtunes,
  • and so much more ...
T he Internet has also changed the speed at which we work. In the 90's fast was fax machines or first class postage. Today the sense of urgency goes from email, to SMS, to IM. Thanks to our friends at RIM ... faxes and snail mail are so passé.
