Some conversations occur annually, while others are ongoing, but all contribute towards the clarification of performance standards, furthering career and personal development and learning to deal with crises.
A culture of conversations has been in place for 12 months at Homestore and thus far, has resulted in decreased turnover, reduced employee complaints and the elimination of performance feedback surprises.
