These services are available to all members on the website. Cancellation Policy
There are many products and services on HR.com, including vendor offers, that have fees or charges associated with them. It is assumed that existing HR.com network users, and individuals new to the site, who buy or pay for these services are fully aware of what they are buying/purchasing and that they have read all documentation (product descriptions, advertising, etc.) regarding the product, service, etcetera, to have made that choice. There are no refunds whatsoever for our Recertification Program, HR Genius, Professional Education Courses, HR.com Prime, HR.com Prime Plus, or Trusted Executive Network (TEN) memberships once activity on the site has been established after the purchase of that program. There are no refunds whatsoever on aPHR exam vouchers, PHR exam vouchers, or SPHR exam vouchers. Other products that have been determined to be defective or damaged can be returned to us for a full refund within a reasonable amount of time deemed by one of our sales representatives (via email or documented phone call). The cancellation policy of other products, services, etcetera that appear on HR.com but are offered by other companies or individuals, are the sole responsibility of those companies or individuals. HR.com does not assume any liability of any sort resulting in the purchase of those particular products, services, etcetera and does not endorse the purchase of the same.

No failure on the part of HR.com Limited to exercise and no delay in exercising any right under these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right. Certification Live Instructor-Led Courses
Refunds are available prior to one (1) week before the official start date of the program in which you have registered. No refunds will be processed within one (1) week of the official start date of the program, or at any time after the start of the program in which you have registered. Course selection may not be changed within one (1) week of the start of the program in which you are registered.
For all cancellations by the registrants prior to one week from the program start date, refunds will be issued minus a $100 administrative and shipping expense fee.
Shipping and late registration fees will not be refunded.
Before refund is issued, materials must be returned to HRCP and received by the HRCP office within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not included.
Certification Self-paced eLearning Course
Refunds may be available within one (1) week from the initial date of enrollment. HR.com's reserves the right to review each request for a refund, on a case-by-case basis, for validity.
Before refund is issued, materials must be returned to HRCP and received by the HRCP office within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are not included.
Certification Materials Only Purchase

Certification Program Deferrals (instructor-led programs only)
Registrants who have enrolled and paid for their participation in an HR.com Professional Certification Preparation Course may be able to defer their studies to the next immediate semester of study. Individuals deferring their studies will be subject to a movement fee (prices vary on course; contact HR.com for details). Course registrants can defer their studies only once following their initial enrollment into an HR.com Professional Certification Preparation Course. The cost of deferral is exempt from any possible tuition reimbursement under the Money Back Guarantee policy.
Certification Program Access and Resources
Registrants of HR.com's Live Instructor-Led Online Course and Self-paced eLearning Course will have continued access to resources, including affiliated practice exams, for one (1) year from the time of enrollment, at minimum.
Failure to adhere to HR.com terms and conditions of use as per this doctrine may terminate access to HR.com and partnership resources and properties.
HR.com's partnership with Human Resource Certification Program (HRCP) permits access and use of course content for approved registrants only for the purposes of preparing for a professional certification exam; for individual use. Violation of intellectual property laws and policies is prohibited and can result in the termination of the program and/or legal repercussions.

Terms and Conditions for HR Genius Trials
Signing up for an HR Genius Free Trial: To subscribe to our HR Genius Free Trial offers, you must provide HR.com with your name, e-mail address and credit card information. There are two types of trials available; HR Genius Monthly and HR Genius Annual. By taking the trial, you will NOT be charged during your trial period, and your credit card is kept on file for further upgrades (if applicable - for those who do not opt out of our free trials).
Cancellations for trials must take place before the trial expires, by, the latest, two business days prior to expiration. If no opt out action is taken, it will be assumed that you agree to continue on with the regular HR Genius membership package you chose for your trial. Once your trial expires, without any action taken for opting out, only then will there be a charge on your credit card. By not opting out, you authorize HR.com or its agent to charge your Payment Method for the amount of the chosen HR Genius membership package.
You will not be provided with copies of charge slips evidencing any recurring charges for our HR Genius Monthly Membership package. You agree to pay the applicable monthly amount in accordance with your Payment Method issuer agreement, if applicable.
