Certificate in Quality of Hire

Once you choose to “Buy your Certificate”, the following terms apply:
- You must have taken 10 Webcast or e-Learning credits required for the Quality of Hire Certificate Program. If you haven’t done so already, this is easily accomplished by visiting your IHR community page to check for qualified upcoming Webcasts, by visiting our webcast archives or registering and attending upcoming Virtual Conferences in your domain.
- You have 6 months from the time of purchase to complete the exam.
What you get:
- An electronic copy of your Certificate.
- A hard copy of your Certificate will be mailed to you.
- Access to an electronic Certificate badge that you can embed in your signature, share on your social networks, and use on other online profiles to showcase your expertise. This will appear in your HR.com profile as well.
- Access to your record of courses taken.
- Showcased as a Quality of Hire Certificate Member in the HR.com learning community.
The exam consists of 40 random multiple choice questions and you’ll need 60% or more to pass.
Members in our Recertification Program have access to all the questions as they are taking webcasts.
