Once you choose to “Buy your Certification”, the following terms apply:
- You must have taken 40 learning hours required for the IHR Legal and Compliance - Managing Employer Risk Certification Program. If you haven’t done so already, this is easily accomplished by visiting your IHR community page to check for qualified upcoming Webcasts, by visiting our webcast archives or registering and attending upcoming Virtual Conferences in your domain.
- You have 12 months from the time of purchase to complete the exam.

- A hard copy of your Certification certificate will be mailed to you.

The exam consists of random multiple choice questions and you’ll need 60% or more to pass.
