- You must have taken 40 learning hours required for the IHR Canadian Masters In HR Strategy & Execution Certification Program. If you haven’t done so already, this is easily accomplished by visiting your IHR community page to check for qualified upcoming Webcasts, by visiting our webcast archives or registering and attending upcoming Virtual Conferences in your domain.
- You have 12 months from the time of purchase to complete the exam.

The exam consists of random multiple choice questions and you’ll need 60% or more to pass.
