This virtual event will help HR professionals and others improve the human experience provided by their organization. Improving human experience (HX) goes beyond both customer and employee experience to create a positive employer brand in the eyes of any person or stakeholder.
This event will include expert presentations on a range of issues related to human interactions, specifically the experiences of employees and other stakeholders in today’s work environment. It will also dive into new survey research insights on the human experience by the HR Research Institute. By attending, you’ll leave better informed with actionable steps that you can apply to your organization.
Sessions will cover topics such as:

- the impact of those experiences on issues such as performance, retention, engagement and more
- how experiences can be improved through better management and best practices
- the roles that various HR functions play in shaping the employee experience, from performance management to benefits programs to corporate culture

In addition, the event will explore such issues from the perspective of the “whole person.” You also will learn about how the uncertainties of recent years — from the pandemic to socioeconomic concerns — are affecting employee experiences as well as organizations’ abilities to shape those experiences.
