What can you do to make your organization a fairer and more equitable place to work from a pay perspective?

The first step is to educate yourself, and that’s where this virtual event comes in. It covers our HR Research Institute’s new study on where fair pay, equity, and transparency stand today and are headed. It also offers sessions from experts that inform HR professionals and others on steps they can take to close wage gaps and improve pay equity in their organizations.

The reality is that, while decades of efforts have made progress towards pay equity, there’s still a long way to go. For example, even in 2023 in the United States, women who work full-time, year-round were only paid an average of about 84% of that of men.

Pay equity is also a legal issue for organizations, as pay transparency legislation has created significant monetary and brand consequences for non-compliance. Additionally, there's greater awareness of the workforce benefits of providing fair pay, including increased productivity and commitment, as well as reduced turnover.

By attending, you will gain access to:

    • data on pay equity in organizations today
    • information about recent pay transparency legislation
    • effective approaches organizations take towards pay equity and transparency
    • methods to develop salary ranges and considerations in pay equity analysis
    • techniques to close pay gaps
    • exclusive insights into anticipated trends related to fair pay, equity and transparency

    Register now. It’s free!
