    Let’s work together to close pay gaps! This virtual event will educate HR professionals and others on the state of pay equity today, and reveal steps they can take to close those wage gaps and improve pay equity in their organizations.

    The short truth on pay equity is that while decades of efforts have made progress, there's still a long way to go. For example, even in 2023 in the United States, women who work full-time, year-round, were only paid an average of about 84% of that of men.

    In recent years, pay equity has transformed from a "should do" to a business imperative. Changing pay transparency legislation has created significant monetary and brand consequences for non-compliance. Additionally, there's greater awareness of the workforce benefits of providing fair pay, including increased productivity and commitment, as well as reduced turnover.

    Participants will learn:

    • State of pay equity in organizations today
    • Information about recent pay transparency legislation
    • Effective approaches organizations take towards pay equity and transparency
    • Methods to develop salary ranges and considerations in pay equity analysis
    • Techniques to close pay gaps
    • Differences between organizations with better pay equity and others
