    Webcast Orientation

    Thank You for taking the time to present a Webcast or Virtual Event Webcast!  


    Once you have been approved as a Speaker, we ask that you attend a Live Webcast Orientation session, led by one of our HR.com Webcast & Event team members. We take pride knowing that we are providing best in class webcasts to our members, which is why orientation is so important. We want to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us and your audience.

    Orientation will give you the opportunity to:

    • Understand the Zoom platform
    • Do a technology check including audio/visual to make sure you won’t encounter any hiccups on the live date
    • Familiarize yourself with the HR.com webcast process
    • Ask any questions you may have to be prepared for your live webcast
