In fact, our research shows that a meager 22% of HR professionals say their organizations are very or extremely effective at designing and implementing processes to get the most value out of people analytics.

    • 57% agree/strongly agree that people analytics lead to better business outcomes, while 23% actively disagree with its effectiveness
    • The three most widely cited functional areas where people analytics plays an important role are:
      • recruitment and selection (49%)
      • retention (49%)
