Only 26% say they would rehire 80% to 100% of employees hired in the past 12 months. About the same proportion (27%) say they would rehire just 40% to 79%. Even worse, nearly half (47%) would rehire less than 39% of recent hires.
About three-fourths of respondents agree (53%) or strongly agree (21%) that their job application is optimized for mobile devices or is device agnostic.
Nearly half (48%) of organizations use artificial intelligence (AI) for the purpose of enhancing talent acquisition to a large extent, and 73% use it at least to some extent.
