Communication impacts our lives at all levels. Be it personally or professionally, effective communication creates critical connections, solves problems, and fosters a healthy and supportive environment. However, many managers are falling short in the skills required to be an effective coach and communicator. Our goal for this research was to shed light on how well managers are communicating, as well as where they might be getting stuck.
