    PERTAINS TO:  All Full Time Employees

     

    In accordance with EEOC regulations, [company name] will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the religious needs of our employees where such accommodation can be made without undue hardship on the operations of our business.  You may, under these guidelines, take religious holidays not designated as a Company holiday as a vacation day, personal day or a day without pay.  Prior approval must be obtained from your supervisor.
