    Employee Handbook Agreement

     

     

    The undersigned employee hereby acknowledges that he/she has received a copy of the Employee Handbook for {INSERT COMPANY NAME}.

     

    The employee further understands and agrees that:

     

    · The handbook is intended to be a general guide to the rules, policies and procedures of {INSERT COMPANY NAME} and is not an employment agreement or a guarantee of employment.

     

    · The employee is an at-will employee, meaning that both the employee and the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. The employee´s at-will status can only be changed through a written employment contract that is authorized and signed by the Company President. Any oral statements, promises, or other contracts are hereby deemed invalid.

     

    · The Company reserves the right to make changes to the employment handbook without prior notice.

     

    Employee Statement

     

    I acknowledge receipt of the Company´s employee handbook and understand that it is up to me to read and familiarize myself with its contents. I have read and understood all of the above information, and I acknowledge my at-will employment status.
