    Artificial intelligence technology is impacting most businesses across all departments, especially talent acquisition.

    Although AI has found its best use case in the recruiting area, the employee learning and development space is no exception either.



    “AI will help HR in not only identifying an employee’s competency gap but also to identify the nature of the gap in terms of knowledge, skills and behavior, and then in deciding which learning intervention or combination of learning intervention is the best for that individual,” notes Nick Schacht, SHRM-SCP, Chief Global Development Officer, SHRM.

    In order to remain an attractive option for new talent, retain existing talent and help their employees reach their career goals swiftly, organizations must make gamifying performance a priority for both the modern call center and enterprise.
